Payment via POSB/DBS atm or ibanking transfers only.
We do not accept concealed cash and interbank transfers.
All payments should be made within 24 hours, otherwise it would be up for sale again.
We encourage payment to be done by ibanking as it facilitates our checking.
However if you are doing ATM transfer, it must be accompanied by a clear picture shot of your receipt.
Dead buyers would be blacklisted.
Exchanges would only be done for the similar piece on a case per case basis if the item is found to be defect.
Strictly no refunds.
Delivery:
Strictly Normal or Registered mails.
Normal Mail: $1-$1.50
Registered Mail: Additional $2.24 on top of the normal mail (This is to ensure that your parcel won't get lost during delivery)
Postage charges actually fluctuates according to the weight of the parcel.
Normal mails would be dispatched within 3 working days.
Registered mails would be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Z-Vogue will NOT be responsible for lost normal mails. Please opt for registered mail for extra piece of mind.
